Bridge<\/h2>\n

This bridge serves as access to the cemetery of Arnedillo. It is a construction of great quality, done for the most part on limestone, ashlar and masonry. Built in the 17th<\/sup> century, it has been refurbished several times over the years.<\/p>\n

Ice Well<\/h2>\n

Located in the vicinity of Arnedillo for its communal use, it\u2019s a medieval rock construction with an entrance and exit hole which was used to store snow in the winter to later use in the summer.<\/p>\n

Oil Press<\/h2>\n

The Washing place, the Basin and the Four Headed Fountain<\/h2>\n

In the main square, corner with Amancio Gonz\u00e1lez street, you can find the washing place and the four-headed fountain that pours water into the basin.<\/p>\n

Ichnites<\/h2>\n

During the early Cretaceous period, this region was part of a flooded plain with irregular dry periods, leaving muddy areas behind with indelible dinosaur prints.\u00a0\u00a0 With time, these areas would dry up and get covered with new sediments which weighted on the inferior layers, solidifying them into rocks for millions of years to come. Erosion has progressively worn out the outer layers exposing many of these rock formations and revealing the ichnites.<\/p>\n

In the area one can find the site of Las Hoyas and La Mata, both added to the Heritage Register as Historical Sites of Cultural Interest in the year 2000.<\/p>\n

The first is located nearby Arnedillo, next to the ravine of Vadillo and has easy access. There you can watch ten separate dinosaur footprints, probably carnivores, seven of which are three fingers – the other three are round holes. The three that are better preserved are believed to be tracks.<\/p>\n

The second is found nearby Peroblasco, in its namesake site of La Mata, also easy to access. It has 19 carnivore footprints of slight depth but well-shaped, four of which form a track.<\/p>\n
